Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS:
I REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO ALLOW ME TO ACCOMMODATE FOR OTHER APPOINTMENTS. IF A CLIENT FAILS TO DO SO, THEY WILL BE CHARGED 30% OF THEIR SCHEDULED SERVICES.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS:
ALL NO CALLS/NO SHOWS WILL BE BANNED FROM FUTURE APPOINTMENTS UNTIL SCHEDULED SERVICE THAT WAS MISSED IS PAID IN FULL.
REFUND POLICY:
I STRIVE TO BE ON THE SAME PAGE AND COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT TO CLIENTS ABOUT APPOINTMENT EXPECTATIONS. HOWEVER, WE ARE HUMAN. MISTAKES AND MISCOMMUNICATION DO HAPPEN. YOU ARE ALLOWED 72 HOURS TO REACH OUT IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PART OF YOUR SERVICE. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED, BUT I'M WILLING TO ADJUST ANYTHING YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THAT WAS DISCUSSED IN INITIAL CONSULTATION FREE OF CHARGE
